Users must be at least 18 years of age — accounts belonging to minors will be terminated immediately and all related transactions will be deemed void.
To open an account on kcd2, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registering with false or misleading details is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination if discovered. Each person is permitted a maximum of one account — holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in penalties.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Any unauthorised access or security breach must be reported to us immediately. kcd2 is not liable for any loss resulting from sharing your login details with a third party. All activity carried out through your account is considered your own responsibility.
The kcd2 platform is provided for lawful entertainment purposes. You may only use the platform for personal, non-commercial use. Any form of fraudulent activity, attempting to hack the platform's code or systems, using automated bots, manipulating gaming algorithms, or deceiving other users is strictly prohibited.
All content, design, software, logos, and intellectual property on our platform are the exclusive property of kcd2. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any part of the platform for commercial purposes without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for any violation.
Information, odds, and statistics published on the platform are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee any specific outcome. Betting is inherently risky, and users must make their own decisions with sound judgment and personal responsibility.
All financial transactions on kcd2 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved mobile banking methods. Identity verification may be required before processing any transaction, and additional documentation may be requested if needed.
Before processing any withdrawal request, kcd2 will verify that all active betting obligations have been fulfilled. kcd2 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of incomplete information or unusual transaction patterns. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the relevant account may be held for investigation and the appropriate authorities may be notified.

Kcd2 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, loss of profits, or data loss arising from betting activities conducted on the platform. kcd2 is not obligated to provide compensation for issues caused by technical errors, server failures, internet outages, or other circumstances beyond its control. Users access and use the platform entirely at their own risk.
Kcd2 follows the policies below when suspending or closing accounts: accounts may be closed due to a breach of terms, fraudulent activity, failed verification, or at the user's own request. If a suspended account holds a valid balance, a decision will be made following an investigation based on the circumstances. If fraud is proven, all associated balances will be forfeited.
Kcd2's logos, brand name, trademarks, software, content, and design are entirely the intellectual property of kcd2. Unauthorised use of any of these will result in legal action. kcd2 is not responsible for the content or security of any third-party services or links that may appear on our platform — visiting them is entirely at the user's own risk.
